Great service and selection. In my opinion, Burnt Hills Hardware sells more than products - they sell solutions. We often come in with a problem and walk out with the most cost effective way to get the job done. I bet we save at least $500 each year going to this store - learning how to do it ourselves and buying the right tool or part or both. The people at Burnt Hills Hardware are loaded with experience, which leads to the best customer experience every time.
Good local hardware store where all the employees can find anything you need. Prices can be a little higher than big boxes but worth it for the service.
The real shame here is the employees are great to work with, most have great personalities, it is a local store that I would prefer to give business to, and the store is very convenient.
Friendly and helpful
I have frequented Burnt Hills Hardware since 1982, that is until now. The owner (Tim) is very rude and obnoxious to his customers. I for one, do not feel compelled to give anyone my business when they treat customers this way.
