Had flowers delivered on Valentine's Day, that evening they died, probably due to the -20 degree weather we had but needless to say I was still upset. I made a call the next morning, and within an hour (no joke) they had new flowers delivered for my wife. I couldn't believe it. No fuss, no arguing, just great customer service. Thank you so much
Wanted to send a nice thank you to my Mom after my beautiful baby shower. They sent dead flowers and then the next day when they were supposed to send a replacement it didn't arrive until very late in the afternoon. I thought to rectify the situation they'd want to get her the replacement flowers immediately. Disappointed in the flowers and the way the replacement was handled.
